Corrections Policy

Report a possible error

Use the contact form, select “Content correction”, include the page URL and explain the issue. Do not include patient-identifying information.

How we review corrections

We check the published wording, the available evidence and whether the issue is factual, interpretive or a matter of clarity. Research-heavy corrections may take longer than ordinary enquiries.

How updates appear

Minor spelling or formatting changes may be corrected without a note. Material corrections update the article, its last-updated date and, where useful to readers, include a brief correction note.
